摘要
以磷酸氢二铵和硝酸钙为原料,在无任何模板剂的作用下,通过简单的化学沉淀法和温和的反应条件控制合成了单分散且形貌均一的棒状羟基磷灰石(HAp)晶体。采用XRD、TEM和FTIR等测试手段对其进行表征,考察了反应时间对产物形貌、结晶度和择优取向的影响,初步探讨了单分散棒状HAp晶体的生长机理。结果表明,HAp产物在未进行高温热处理的情况下即具有良好的结晶度,并具有沿c轴方向择优生长的趋势,形貌均为纳米棒状产物。不同反应时间的研究表明,棒状HAp纳米晶体的生长受Ostwald熟化过程控制,从而能够得到结晶度良好、形貌均匀的单分散产物。
Monodisperse rodlike hydroxypatite(HAp)nanoparticles were prepared with(NH4)2HPO4and Ca(NO3)2by chemical precipitation method under mild reaction conditions without organic template.The products were characterized by XRD,TEM and FTIR to investigate growth mechanism of rodlike HAp crystal and the effect of duration of reaction on morphology,crystallization and preferred orientation.The results showed that the single phase and highly crystalline nanocrystal were obtained without further heat treatment,and all HAp products exhibited rodlike morphology and preferred orientation growth along caxis.The results of different duration of reaction also indicated that the growth of HAp nanocrystals was controlled by Ostwald ripening,and monodisperse rodlike HAp products with high crystallinity and uniform morphology were formed during the process.
