摘要
采用等离子体对涤纶无纺过滤布进行表面刻蚀预处理,再对处理过的样品做拒水拒油泡沫后整理。研究了涤纶无纺过滤布在处理前后表面形态变化及其他各项性能的变化。实验结果表明,过滤布对水的接触角由56.14°增加到105.24°,对油的接触角由15.27°增加到102.59°,说明处理后的过滤布拒水拒油性能有所提高;在洗涤20次后,对水的接触角降低了5.6%,对油的接触角降低了4.8%,达到产业用的要求,耐久性提高。
Polyester non-woven filter cloth was processed through water/oil repellent and foam finishing after pretreatment by plasma. The verification of surface morphology and properties were studied before and after treated. The water contact angle was increased from 56.14° to 105.24°, while the oil contact angle was increased from 15.27° to 102.59°, which indicated the water-and-oil repellent properties were improved. After washing 20 times, the water contact angle was decreased by 5.6 %, and the oil contact angle was decreased by 4.8%. It could meet the industrial request and the durability was improved.
