视觉检测技术在矫直机在线检测系统中的应用

Application of visual detection technology in straightening machine online detection system

摘要 根据矫直机系统的在线检测技术要求,利用视觉检测技术,结合像差理论和光学成像系统设计基础等相关理论,设计了棒材直线度检测的光学成像系统,在矫直机在线检测系统中能较好地提高大工件直线检测的精度。实现非接触、高精度、实时、大批量的棒材直线度检测。对直线度误差评定算法的仿真证明,系统是可行的,系统运行安全可靠。 An optical imaging system was designed for bar straightness detection by visual detection technology together with the aberration and design basis on optical imaging system according to the online detection requirements of straightening machine system.It could be used in the straightening machine online detection system and improves the detection accuracy of large workpiece's straight line.By using this system,it achieved the straightness measurement of non-contact,high precision,real time and large quantities of the steel pipes.The simulation results of this evaluating straightness error algorithm proved that this system is feasible,reliable and stable.
