Synthesis of One-dimensional Boehmite(γ-AlOOH)Nanomaterials via a Hydrothermal Method without Template

摘要 采用水热合成方法,无需表面活性剂作为模板,制备出了一维纳米γ-AlOOH材料,并研究了水热反应时间和温度对产物形貌和结构的影响.利用X-射线衍射谱(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和高倍透射电子显微镜(HSTEM),对产物的结构和形貌进行了研究.结果显示,在反应温度为200℃、时间为20h时,得到了形貌为纳米棒状的产物一维纳米γ-AlOOH材料.产物直径为20nm左右,长度在100-200nm范围内,粒径均匀,分散良好. Boehmite with one-dimensional nanostructure has been synthesized via a hydrothermal method without any surfactant as template.It has been investigated that reaction time and temperature influence the structure and morphology of boehmite distinctly.The structure and morphology was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM).Calcination at 200 ℃ for 20 hresulted in the formation of rod-like one-dimentional nanostructured boehmite(γ-AlOOH)with the diameters of 20 nm and the lengths of 100~200nm,furthermore,the nanomaterials were highly discrete and uniform in size.
