摘要
对4个不同原油储油罐的罐底油泥的理化特性进行了分析与研究。结果表明,4种油泥的含油率分布在35%-81%,油族组分以饱和烃和芳香烃为主,胶质和沥青质含量均小于20%;残渣的粒径分布在0-200μm;Zn是油泥中平均含量最高的重金属元素,最高达到2029.69 mg/kg,同时也是分布差异性最大的元素;油泥为非牛顿流体,其粘度随剪切速率和温度的升高而下降,油泥流变特性可用幂律方程进行描述。
The physical and chemical properties of different tank bottom crude oil sludge from Zhoushan were analyzed and studied. The results showed that oil content of four kinds of oily sludge was between 35% and 81%. The oil group composition were saturated and aromatic hydrocarbon,pectin and asphaltene were both less than 20%. The residue particle size distributed from 0 to 200 μm. The highest content heavy metal element was Zn and it reached to 2026. 69 mg / kg,at the same time it had the highest distribution difference. Viscosity of oily sludge decreased as the increase in the shear rate and temperature,and the rheological properties could be described with power law equation.
