总结张炳厚教授治疗寒湿瘀阻型类风湿关节炎临床经验。强调"血虚"是寒湿瘀阻型类风湿关节炎发病的基础病因,认为"因虚致瘀,最终导致瘀血痹阻脉络"是病机的关键。治疗当以和血祛风、温经通络为法,其中血虚者补中需和、血寒者温中宜和、血瘀者化中应和,故和血法对该病的治疗意义尤为重要。

BSTRACT This paper is to sum up Professor ZHANG Binghou＇ s experience in treating Rheumatoid Arthritis（ RA） with cold and damp stagnation type. Professor ZHANG emphasizes that blood deficiency is the basic cause of RA. He holds that the point of pathology is deficiency leading to stagnation,and at last causing blood stasis resisting choroid. Methods of regulating blood,dispelling wind,warming meridians and dredging collaterals should be applied in treatment. Enriching and regulating method is for blood deficiency. Warming and regulating method is for cold in blood. Removing and regulating method is for blood stasis. Thus regulating blood method is significant in RA treatment.
