摘要
离子液体作为一类新型绿色介质,近年来发展迅速.但随着研究的深入及应用范围的扩大,人们逐渐对离子液体的绿色性产生质疑,于是对其生物毒性及环境风险评价的相关研究屡见报道.文中从动物、植物、微生物及体外培养细胞4个方面对离子液体的生物毒性研究概况进行了综述,并指出该领域的现存问题及今后发展方向,以期为离子液体的生态安全及环境风险评价提供资料.
As a new type of green media,ionic liquids(ILs)have developed rapidly in recent years.With the research deepened and the application popularized,however,their greenness was oppugned and reports concerning the biotoxicity and evaluation of environmental hazards were growing in literature.In this paper,biotoxicity of ILs was reviewed from four aspects of animals,plants,microorganisms and in vitro cell lines,and further the existing problems and future direction of this field were outlined.This review will provide valuable information for ecological safety and environmental hazards evaluation of ILs.
