城市生态系统健康及其障碍度评价——以南宁市为例 被引量:21

The evaluation on urban ecosystem health and its obstacle degree:a case study on Nanning city

摘要 根据城市生态系统健康内涵,从活力、组织力、恢复力等5个方面选取28个指标,构建城市生态系统健康评价指标体系,以南宁市为例,借助生态系统健康指数及障碍因素诊断模型,对其2006—2012年的生态系统健康及其障碍度进行评价,结果发现:南宁市生态系统健康状况不断好转,经历了由不健康到健康(2012年)的演变过程,但要达到很健康仍需做出更大努力;人口预期寿命、城市居民人均可支配收入、万人拥有医生数、人均GDP、万元GDP水耗、万元GDP能耗、婴儿死亡率等是影响城市生态系统健康变化的主导因子;从子系统看,城市服务功能不足是制约南宁市生态系统健康发展的主要障碍因素;从单指标因素看,环境保护支出占GDP的比重、人均水资源、人均GDP、城市人口密度、人均公共绿地面积和每万人拥有公共汽车台数是制约南宁市生态系统健康发展的主要障碍因子;根据上述结论,进一步提出了促进南宁市生态系统健康发展的建议. According to the connotation of urban ecosystem health,the paper,selecting 28 indicators from five aspects:vigor,organizational strength,resilience and so on,firstly constructs index system to measure on urban ecosystem health,then makes evaluation on its ecosystem health and obstacle degree by means of ecosystem health index and the obstacle degree model in case of Nanning city.The results indicate that the ecosystem health of Nanning city is constantly improved,and transits from the unhealthy(2006-2007)to the healthy(2012),but there is a long way to go to achieve good health;life expectancy,per capita disposable income of urban residents,the number of doctors among ten thousand people,per capita GDP and so on,are the dominant factors for ecosystem health of Nanning city;from the subsystem,the insufficiency of urban service function is the main obstacle factor which restricts the healthy development of Nanning's ecosystem;from the single index factor,the proportion of environmental protection expenditures to GDP,per capita water resources and per capita GDP and so on,are the main obstacle factors restricting the healthy development of Nanning's ecosystem.According to the above conclusions,the authors further put forward some suggestions to promote the healthy development of Nanning's ecosystem.
