摘要
目的:了解陕西省南部地区卫生人力资源的现状和医务人员的工作满意度情况,探讨和分析影响基层医务人员满意度的影响因素,为基层卫生人力资源相关政策的设计与完善提供基础科学依据。方法:采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法,对陕西南部780名基层医务人员进行工作现状及工作满意度问卷调查。采用单因素和多因素回归模型探讨影响工作满意度的相关因素。结果:本研究共有效调查742人,陕西南部地区基层医务人员工作满意度得分平均为(1.93±0.55)。研究显示患者行为、单位类型、性别、职称、年龄与工作满意度密切相关,其中患者行为影响最明显。结论:基层医务人员工作满意度属于"一般满意"水平,多种因素影响基层医务人员工作满意度水平,卫生管理部门应结合影响基层卫生人力资源工作满意度的关键因素,有针对性的进行基层卫生人力资源改革,改善工作满意度。
Objective To investigate current situation of human resources and job satisfaction of medical staff in the southern area of Shanxi Province,explore the key influencing factors and provide basic scientific planning data for designing and improving the relevant policies of health human resources. Methods A total of 780 primary medical staff were selected from the southern area of Shanxi Province for survey on job satisfaction by multistage stratified cluster sampling method. Descriptive analysis and multinornial regression model were performed to investigate the job satisfaction of primary medical staff and explore the determinants. Results There were 742 effective questionnaires and the average score of primary medical staffs' job satisfaction was( 1. 93 ±0. 55) in the southern area of Shanxi Province. The research shows that the main determinants were patients behavior,unit type,sex,professional titles and age,patients behavior is the most obvious impact. Conclusion The job satisfaction of medical staff is average and multiple factors are at play that influence the job satisfaction. The health authority should implement specific reform of health human resources to improve the job satisfaction,combined with the key factors influencing the job satisfaction primary medical staff.
