摘要
研究了超细矿物掺合料硅灰、超细粉煤灰单掺以及复掺对压浆材料性能的影响,并运用SEM对其水化产物进行分析。结果表明:随着超细粉煤灰掺量的增加,压浆料的流动度增加,硅灰掺量在5%以内可以增加压浆料的流动度,8%以内可以提高压浆料的力学性能,硅灰可以提高压浆料的抗沉降性能,二者都会增大硬化浆体的体积变化率;5%的硅灰和15%的超细粉煤灰复掺时,压浆料的力学性能和工作性较好,体积变化率较小,充盈度试验合格,水化产物更致密;超细矿物掺合料用量应控制在20%内;超细粉煤灰的活性、形态、微集料效应较Ⅰ级粉煤灰好。
The influence of superfine mineral admixture such as silica fume,superfine fly ash and combination of superfine fly ash and silica fume on the properties of duct grouting material was investigated. And the hydration products of duct grouting material were analyzed by SEM. The experimental results show that with the increasing of superfine fly ash,the fluidity of grouting materials increased,silica fume within 5% can increase the fluidity of duct grouting material,and with 8% can increase the me- chanical properties of duct grouting material,silica fume can also improve the subsidence resistance of the duct grouting material, both of them can increase the volume ehan^e rate of the duct ~routiu~ material. Combine 5% silica fume with 15% superfine fly ash can achieve the perfect properties of mechanics,working,and the smaller volume change rate,and the qualified degree of fill- ing experiment,the hydration products are more dense. The dosage of the superfine mineral admixture should be controlled within 20%. The activity, morphology and micro aggregate effect of superfine fly ash is better than that of grade I fly ash.
