纤维水泥板-泡沫混凝土复合块体力学性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用先浇筑纤维水泥板作为模板,再在其内浇筑泡沫混凝土的制备工艺,在实验室成型了不同密度等级的纤维水泥板-泡沫混凝土复合块体;同时成型单一泡沫混凝土试件作为对照,养护7 d、28 d时对块体进行抗压、抗弯强度测试。试验结果表明,与纯泡沫混凝土块体相比,纤维肋板可明显提高试块的抗压、抗弯强度,提高延性;复合块体的抗压、抗折应力达到峰值后仍能维持在一定水平,不易出现脆性破坏;泡沫混凝土密度等级越低,纤维肋板的功效越显著。 Composite fiber-foam concrete blocks of different density were made with two steps. One step was fibre concrete boards molded. The other step was pouring foam concrete into two pieces of fibre concrete boards. The same unit weight foam concretes were made for control test. Compression and flexural stress were tested after 7 days and 28 days curing, Analyses conclude that fibre concrete boards can obviously enhance blocks' compression stress,flexural stress and ductility. Stress can be held on a considerable level after peak value. Brittle failure is reduced. These performances are more obvious in low grade foam concretes.
