糖尿病黄斑水肿的中西医结合治疗的疗效观察

Observation on the Efficacy of the Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment for Diabetic Macular Edema

目的观察中药结合视网膜光凝治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿的临床疗效。方法病例对照研究。将符合纳入标准患者随机分为西医治疗对照组及中西医结合治疗组。西医治疗对照组:采用视网膜光凝治疗;中西医结合治疗组:在视网膜光凝治疗的同时,内服中药祛瘀利湿饮。结果激光治疗后两组间视网膜出血、水肿、渗出消退时间比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01),中西医结合治疗组的疗效优于西医治疗对照组。结论视网膜光凝结合中药治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿临床效果显著。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Chinese medicine combined with retinal photocoagnlation in treat- ment of diabetic macular edema. Methods It was a case control study. The patients were randomly divided into the Western medicine treatment group and the integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment group. Western medicine treatment control group： treated with retinal photocoagulation; integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment group： treated with retinal photocoagulation and oraling Chinese medicine of Quyulishi Drink. Results There are significant difference between the the two groups in fade time of retinal hemorrhage and macular edema after laser treatment （ P 〈 O. O1 ）, the efficacy of integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment group is better than western medicine treat- ment control group. Conclusions There is a significant clinical effect of retinal photocoagnlation combined with Chinese herbal medicine in treatment of diabetic macular edema.
