温胆汤在神经内科疾病治疗中的临床效果分析

Wendan Tang in Neurology Clinical Effect Analysis During the Period of Treatment

目的探讨温胆汤在神经内科疾病治疗中的临床效果。方法选取收治的76例神经内科疾病患者依据随机平均的原则分为观察组与对照组。对照组38例患者给予西药常规治疗,观察组38例患者给予温胆汤治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行分析与比较。结果观察组经治疗后临床总有效率为94.74%,对照组经治疗后临床总有效率为81.58%。观察组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对神经内科患者给予温胆汤治疗能取得良好的临床效果,有利于清热化痰、健脾理气,能有效改善患者的临床症状,值得推广。

Objective To explore the wendan tang in neurology clinical effect in the treatment of disease. Methods Select 76 eases of our hospital according to the principles of random, on average, neurological in - patients were divid- ed into observation group and control group. Control group of 38 patients were given conventional western medicine treat- ment, the observation group of 38 patients were given wendan tang treatment, the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients were analyzed and compared. Resets Observation group after treatment the clinical total effective rate was 94. 74% ; The control group after treatment, the clinical total effective rate was 81.58%. Clinical observation group total effective rate is significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Con- clusions Wendan tang of neurology patients to treatment can obtain good clinical effect, is ＇beneficial to clear heat pldegm, down -regulated, can effectively improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms, is worth promoting.
