摘要
本研究提出了褐煤提质制焦一体化技术,以褐煤为原料,将褐煤提质与活性焦制备相结合,生产满足活性焦脱硫工艺要求的廉价活性焦产品。试验表明,采用褐煤提质制焦一体化技术生产的褐煤活性焦其各项脱硫吸附特性指标与常规活性焦相近,能满足活性焦脱硫工艺的要求,其生产成本要低于常规活性焦。
Manufacturing active carbon from this study, Lignite as raw material, lignite u upgrading lignite integration technology is proposed in pgrading and manufacturing active carbon was prepared by combining, production to meet active carbon desulfurization process requirements cheap activated coke products. Tests show that activated carbon from lignite by the technology has the same adsorption desulfurization performance index with conventional activated carbon, can meet the requirements of active carbon desulfurization process, its production cost is lower than that of conventional activated carbon.
