摘要
ATS48系列ATS48C21Q软启动器启动110 k W交流异步电机在我国工业现场的使用十分广泛,其良好的性能使电机控制避免机械损伤和水锤,并提供完善的电机和机械保护,该装置的正常工作对安全稳定运行至关重要。文中通过对该软启动器的分析,结合其在糯扎渡水电站筒阀油压装置系统使用过程中出现的故障,提出了在使用该软启动器的优化方法,提高了水轮发电机安全稳定运行系数。

In this Paper through the analysis of the soft starter, combined with its in Nuozhadu hydropower station valve cylinder hydraulic system faults using process, in the use of the optimization method of the soft starter and improve the hydro generators safe and stable operation of the coefficient has been put forward.
