摘要 配电网投资效率评估将直接影响未来年配网项目的规划,对配电网投资效率进行合理地评估优化,以达到检验投资效果、完善项目决策的目的。在研究配电网项目具体工程类型的基础上,构建配电网投资效率评估指标体系,结合二型(Type-2)模糊算法,通过模糊区间的运算给出评价指标的模糊范围,根据计算的模糊隶属度值评价各配网工程的建设效果。基于构建的指标体系和提出的评估算法,以某实际配电网投资为例,计算得到量化的各地市电业局配网项目的投资成效。结果表明,提出的二型模糊算法可有效评估配电网的投资效率。 Investment efficiency of distribution network will directly affect future years' planning of distribution grid projects. It is necessary to evaluate distribution grid's investment efficiency in order to verify the investment effect and improve decisions of the future projects. In this paper,an index system was summarized and established according to specific types of distribution grid projects. Then type- 2 fuzzy algorithm was employed to calculate the fuzzy intervals and fuzzy membership degree values for the key indexes in established index system. Based on the established index system and proposed evaluation algorithm,quantitative investment benefits were calculated and simulation was carried out for several practical investment projects of some distribution grids. The results were analyzed to demonstrate that the presented type-2 fuzzy algorithm is able to evaluate the investment efficiency of distribution network effectively.
