摘要
锂电池作为电动汽车的动力来源,其健康状态管理极其重要。针对动力锂电池健康状态的影响因素和数学模型进行研究。通过锂电池实验数据及电池健康状态的经验模型分析,提出建立自适应电池健康状态的数学模型以及健康状态的估算算法。详细描述了基于MATLAB的建模实现过程及估算算法流程,并经过测试验证。实验结果表明,可通过将锂电池充放电数据导入SOH计算模型,以实现健康状态估算及预警功能,且健康状态估算误差小于10%。所建的模型与算法可用于实验室对锂电池健康状态的估算分析研究。
Lithium battery is the power source of electric vehicles,and the health management of lithium battery is very important. We researched the factors which affect lithium power battery's state of health,proposed an adaptive mathematical model and a method to estimate state of healthy of the battery through analyzing the experimental data and using the empirical model of battery state of health. We also described the design process of model and estimation algorithm in detail,and analyzed the results of experiment. The mathematical model and estimation algorithm were realized on MATLAB. The experimental results show that the state of healthy and early warning function achieved by introducing charge and discharge data of the lithium battery to the SOH calculating model. The estimation error is less than 10%. It can be used for the analysis and estimation of health state of lithium battery in laboratory.
