摘要 环冷机漏风率是评价环冷机设备性能的重要参数,影响着整个工艺系统热效应。一直以来,对环冷机漏风率的准确测量是一个难点。以某钢铁企业460m2环冷机为研究对象,以多孔介质为基础,并对动量方程加以修正,对环冷机内烧结矿气、固态过程采用非热力学平衡双能量方程,通过计算流体软件fluent平台建立了适合烧结矿冷却过程数学模型。基于此模型,提出了环冷机漏风率测量方法,计算了环冷机的漏风率大小,并验证了改进方法的正确性。 The air leakage of sinter cooler is one of the most important parameters to evaluate the equipment per formance, and it affects the thermal effects of the entire process systems. Measurement of air leakage has been a diffi cult problem in sinter cooler. Through studying a 460m2 sinter cooler in an iron and steel company, a mathematical model for heat transfer process in sinter cooler was established on the platform of computational fluid dynamics so ware, Fluent. This model is based on the porous medium model, in which the momentum equation is corrected by Er gum equation and the energy equation is corrected by two energy equations of non equilibrium thermodynamics. Based on this model, a method for the measurement of air leakage in sinter cooler was proposed, and the air leakage rate of sinter cooler was computed. The model was verified reliable by comparison with the testing data.
