摘要 减弱轴向磁场无铁心无刷直流电机(AFPM)的电流谐波和转矩脉动,对电机良好运行起至关重要的作用。根据电机的特性方程建立了轴向磁场无铁心无刷直流电机本体模型,构建了包含BUCK变换电路的电流环和速度环控制系统模型。进行快速起制动,突加负载的仿真。仿真结果表明,BUCK变换控制方法在轴向磁场无铁心永磁电机的控制上有良好的效果,相绕组电流和直流端电流脉动明显减小,电磁转矩脉动也相应减小,电机的铜损耗大大降低,接近理想铜损耗状态。因此,验证了BUCK变换控制方法能较好地减弱轴向磁场无铁心永磁电机的电流谐波和转矩脉动。通过电机控制较少谐波来降低电机温升,对电机安全、稳定、高效的运行意义重大。 Weakening current harmonics and torque ripple of the axial-field permanent magnet brushless coreless disc motor play a vital role to the motor runningwell. Based on the characteristics of the motor,the paper established an axial-field permanent magnet brushless coreless disc motor ontology model. The current loop and speed loop control system model was constructed based on BUCK converter circuit. Some simulation experiments of quick starting,braking,and sudden load were carried ou. Simulation results show that this method has a good effect on the control of axial flux coreless permanent magnet motor,the phase winding current and DC-side current ripple can be significantly reduced,and the electromagnetic torque ripple is also reduced accordingly,which greatly reduces the copper losses in the motor,and the copper loss is close to the ideal state.
