摘要
垃圾燃烧过程,由于没有对垃圾进行很好的分类,在燃烧的过程中,不同垃圾类型的燃烧数值在温度场内形成较大的差异化特征。传统的垃圾燃烧数值充分程度分析模型,以热量值为唯一标准进行衡量,忽略了差异化明显的海量和燃烧值相关的其它大数据特征,导致传统的模型无法有效实现垃圾燃烧数值仿真,提出一种基于大数据分析的垃圾燃烧数值仿真方法,依据大数据分析的原理,对垃圾燃烧环境进行假设,塑造垃圾燃烧数值仿真基本模型,分析了固相质量守恒方程以及气相连续方程,对预热区蒸发过程中的质量平衡方程、能量平衡方程以及垃圾焚烧炉中环境对垃圾加热的热流密度进行介绍,对热解区挥发分析出过程中燃料的热分解速度以及垃圾的燃烧与停留时间进行分析,有效实现大数据环境下的垃圾燃烧数值仿真。实验结果表明,所提方法与实际燃烧数值较吻合,验证了所提方法的有效性。
In the process of numerical simulation for garbage burning, part of the information will be submerged in the large amounts of data are ignored, leading to the traditional garbage combustion numerical simulation method, due to ignore information more, unable to effectively implement waste combustion numerical simulation, puts forward a kind of garbage combustion numerical simulation method based on large data analysis, on the basis of large data anal- ysis, hypothesis on the analysis of the proposed method the environment, shape the garbage combustion numerical simulation model, analyses the solid phase mass conservation equation and the gas phase continuous equation, the preheating zone in the process of evaporation mass balance equation, energy balance equation and garbage incinerator heat flux density of waste heat in the environment, in the process of pyrolysis zone volatile analyze fuel combustion and thermal decomposition speed and waste time is analyzed, thus effectively realize garbage combustion numerical simulation. The experimental results show that the proposed method and the theoretical results fit well with the actual combustion numerical, verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
