痔炎冲洗灵散剂的质量标准研究

Study on the quality standard of Zhiyanchongxiling Powder

目的建立痔炎冲洗灵散剂的质量标准。方法采用TLC法对痔炎冲洗灵中青黛、大黄进行定性鉴别,用HPLC法测定野菊花中蒙花苷的含量。结果定性鉴别专属性好,阴性对照无干扰;蒙花苷含量在0.092 8-1.113 6μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 9）;平均回收率为99.6%RSD=1.5%（n=6）。结论建立的分析方法准确、简便,可作为痔炎冲洗灵的质量控制方法。

Objective To establish the quality standard for Zhiyanchongxiling Powder.Method Indigo Naturalis and Rhubarb in the prescription were identified by TLC.Quantative analysis of buddleoside which is an effective component of the formula was adopted by HPLC.Results The TLC of Indigo Naturals and Rhubarb showed good specificity and no negative interference was observed.The calibration curve of buddleoside was in good linearity over the range of 0.092 8-1.113 6μg（r=0.999 9）and the average recovery was 99.6%（RSD=1.5%,n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive and accurate,and could be used for the quality control of Zhiyanchongxiling Powder.
