压力导丝应用于冠心病介入诊疗中的护理配合 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨压力导丝应用于冠心病介入诊疗中的护理配合。方法对冠状动脉造影为临界病变需行心肌血流储备分数(FFR)的12例患者,采取细致地心理护理;强化用药护理;及时发现药物不良反应,并做好对症处理;从而保证检查和手术的安全。结果12例患者均顺利完成手术,其中FFR〉0.80有15支血管,FFR0.75~0.80有2支血管,结合临床高危因素,共放入3枚支架。在FFR检查过程中,三磷酸腺苷(ATP)输注速度为10mg/(kg.h),2例患者出现胸闷,1例患者出现低血压,1例患者出现一过性房室传导阻滞,均为ATP的不良反应。本组无死亡病例。结论FFR评估关键在于使用药物使冠状动脉微血管处于最大充盈状态,从而获得精确地测量值,护理人员不仅要掌握药物的配制方法、输液泵的使用、药物不良反应的观察及对症处理,同时需要有丰富的心脏介入知识、敏锐的观察力及专业的救治力,以确保检查和手术安全、顺利地完成。
