炎琥宁联合α干扰素治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染效果观察

Effect of Yanhuning combined with a interferon on treatment of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection

目的探讨炎琥宁联合o干扰素治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染临床治疗效果和不良反应。方法选择武义县妇幼保健院2013年7月至2014年5月收治的急性上呼吸道感染小儿患者204例,根据治疗方法将所有患儿分为对照组和治疗组,对照组105例,应用α干扰素治疗;治疗组99例,在对照组基础上联合炎琥宁注射液治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组患儿治愈率显著高于对照组(x^2=5.28,P<0.05),且治疗组患儿平均治疗时间显著短于对照组(t=6.39,P<0.05)。治疗组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、鼻塞流涕消失时间和白细胞计数恢复时间均显著低于对照组(t值分别为5.44、6.17、4.93、5.06,均P<0.05)。两组治疗后平均体温均低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(t值分别为9.37、10.26,均P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后平均体温显著低于对照组(t=6.88,P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应比较无显著性差异(x^2=1.04,P>0.05)。结论炎琥宁联合α干扰素治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染临床效果较好,能够显著缩短患者治疗时间,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of Yanhuning combined with α interferon on the treatment of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods Totally 204 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection were selected in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Wuyi County from July 2013 to May 2014. They were divided into control group （n=105） receiving α interferon and treatment group （n=99） accepting Yanhuning injection based on the therapy for the control group. The clinical therapeutic effects were observed and compared between two groups. Results The cure rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group （χ2 =5. 28,P〈0. 05）, and the average treatment course was significantly shorter in the treatment group （t =6. 39,P 〈0. 05）. The fever disappearance, cough disappearance, congestion disappearance and white blood cell count recovery were sooner in the treatment group than the control group （t value was 5. 44, 6. 17, 4. 93 and 5. 06, respectively, all P〈0. 05）. After treatment the average temperature of two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment （t value was 9. 37 and 10. 26, respectively, both P〈0. 05）, and the average temperature of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group （t=6. 88,P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between two groups （χ2 =1. 04,P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Yanhuning combined with α interferon has good effect on the treatment of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection, which can significantly shorten the treatment course and is worthy of clinical application.
