甲磺酸氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年高血压临床研究

Clinical efficacy of amlodipine mesylate combined with irbesartan in treatment of elderly hypertension

目的探讨甲磺酸氨氯地平与厄贝沙坦联合治疗老年高血压患者的临床效果。方法选取2012年9月至2014年9月我院收治的150例老年高血压患者,将入选病例随机分成观察组和对照组,连续治疗4周后观察两组治疗效果。结果经不同治疗方法后,观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(94.7%vs 76.0%),且观察组治疗后血压改善明显,不良反应发生率低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论甲磺酸氨氯地平与厄贝沙坦联合治疗老年高血压患者临床效果显著,治疗后患者不良反应发生率较低,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of amlodipine mesylate combined with irbesartan in the treatment of elderly hypertension. Methods A total of 150 patients with elderly hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from September 2012 to September 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The treatment outcomes of the two groups were compared after 4 weeks of treatment. Results After treatment, the observation group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group （94.7% vs 76.0%,/~〈0.05）. And the observation group showed a significant improvement in blood pressure, and had a lower incidence of adverse events than the control group （/9〈0.05）. Conclusion Amlodipine mesylate combined with irbesartan has significant clinical efficacy and causes few adverse events in the treatment of elderly hypertension, so it holds promise for clinical application.
