中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛80例临床可行性分析

Clinical feasibility analysis of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy in 80 cases of coronary heart disease with angina

目的探讨和分析中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床可行性。方法选取我院于2011年12月-2013年12月期间收治的150例冠心病心绞痛患者,将患者分成对照组和观察组,其中对照组70例患者采用西药进行常规治疗,观察组80例患者采用中西医结合进行治疗,比较患者的心电图疗效,对比治疗效果。结果观察组心电图疗效总有效人数70例,心绞痛治疗总有效人数75例;对照组心电图疗效总有效人数49例,心绞痛治疗总有效人数56例,两组患者差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论在冠心病心绞痛患者的治疗过程中,中西医结合疗法能有效改善患者的心电图,提高治疗效果,缓解患者的痛苦,在临床上具有极为重要的意义,值得推广和使用。

Objective To investigate and analyze the feasibility of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy for coronary heart disease （CHD） with angina. Methods A total of 150 CHD patients with angina admitted to our hospital from December 2011 to December 2013 were divided into control group and observation group. Seventy patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine, whereas 80 patients in the observation group were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy. The electrocardiogram （ECG） and treatment efficacy were compared between the aforementioned two groups. Results In the observation group, a total of 70 patients showed an improvement in ECG, and 75 patients were responsive to the angina treatment. In the control group, a total of 49 patients showed an improvement in ECG, and 56 patients were responsive to the angina treatment. The differences between the above two groups were significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion During the treatment of coronary heart disease with angina, integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy could improve patients＂ ECG effectively, enhance treatment efficacy, and reduce patients＂ suffering, and has extremely important clinical significance. This therapy is worthy of recommendation and application.
