战略管理视角下高等体育院校组织结构优化研究

Study on the Optimization of Organizational Structure of Sport Universities and Institutes from the Perspective of Strategic Management

组织结构是组织实施战略管理的重要基础,是实现组织目标的重要手段。为进一步推进和加强高等体育院校的战略管理和组织结构建设工作,依据企业战略管理理论,结合高等体育院校的组织特性,在系统分析大学组织结构与战略管理关系的基础上,研究选择适用于高等体育院校的战略模型,并以此为引领,优化和构建与战略相匹配的高等体育院校组织结构。高等体育院校必须强化战略管理意识,将大学战略管理作为学校内部管理的核心内容,积极建构以战略引领组织结构、以组织结构匹配支持战略管理的工作机制。

Organizational structure is a very important foundation for the organization to implement strategic management,and is an effective means to achieve the objectives of the organization.In order to further promote and strengthen the strategic management and organization structure construction of sports colleges and universities,based on the corporate strategy management theory,combined with the organizational characteristics of sports colleges and universities,on the basis of analyzing university organization structure relationship of strategic management,this paper studies the selection of strategic model of sports colleges and universities,and takes the opportunity to lead,optimizes and builds the organizational structure of sports colleges and universities matching the strategy.The sports colleges and universities should strengthen the awareness of the strategic management of university strategic management,and take it as the core of the internal management of the universities,actively construct a strategy to lead the organization structure,the organization structure matching the strategic management of the support mechanism.
