国际有氧耐力训练研究现状与热点分析 被引量:6

摘要 为了解国际上有关有氧耐力训练的研究现状和研究热点,对Web of Science(WOS)数据库收录的2005—2014年有关有氧耐力训练的1 319篇文献,采用文献资料法、文献计量学方法和专家访谈法探测现阶段国际有氧耐力训练研究现状与热点。结果显示:国际上有关有氧耐力训练的研究呈逐年递增的趋势,发文量最多的国家是美国、英国、澳大利亚和法国,占相关文献发文总量的48.44%;研究机构以各级各类大学为主,尤其是瑞士的苏黎世大学。有关耐力运动员心脏的论文是本领域的热点文献;运动成绩、骨骼肌、神经、力量、新陈代谢、运动员心脏、疲劳是研究热点,其中运动成绩是人们尤为关注的焦点。 In order to make a clear understanding of the international related research status and research focus of aerobic endurance training,1319 articles from WOS database from 2005 to 2014themed in endurance training are analyzed through the research methods of literature consulation,literature metrology method and expert interview.The results show that the international related research on aerobic endurance training shows an increase trend.The largest numbers of papers published are in the United States,Britain,Australia and France respectively,accounting for related documents issued a total of 51.58%.The main research institutions are in universities of various levels,especially in the University of Zurich.Papers on the heart of endurance athletes are hot literature in the field.Sports performance,skeletal muscle,nerve,strength,metabolism,athletes' heart and fatigue are research hotspots,of which sports performance is the focus of research attention.
