肾衰患者血浆ADM、BNP、TGF-β1的浓度变化研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨肾衰患者血浆ADM、BNP、TGF-β1的浓度变化研究。方法选取2012年3月至2013年9月于我院收治的肾衰竭患者64例,其中单纯性急性肾衰竭患者32例作为ARF组。慢性肾衰竭患者32例作为CRF组。正常对照组选择32例健康志愿者。采集所有入选者休息状态下空腹外周静脉血6ml,测定其血浆ADM、BNP、TGF-β1浓度及血肌酐含量,并进行对比及相关性分析结果:1ARF组、CRF组的血浆ADM、BNP、TGF-β1浓度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2ARF组和CRF组比较血浆ADM、BNP、TGF-β1的浓度,无明显差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)3以血肌酐水平作为因变量,以ADM、BNP、TGF-β1的浓度为自变量进行多元回归分析,ARF组、CRF组BNP与ADM与血肌酐水平呈正相关,TGF-β1与血肌酐呈负相关;回归系数分别为ARF组:0.697、0.859、-0.747;CRF组:0.758、0.473、-0.964,P值均<0.01。结论肾衰患者血浆ADM、BNP、TGF-β1的浓度均升高,且BNP与ADM与肾衰程度呈正相关,TGF-β1与肾衰程度呈负相关,对临床具有指导意义,值得临床推广。 Objective to investigate the plasma ADM renal failure patients,BNP,TGF-beta 1concentration change research.Methods select in March 2012 to September 2013 in our hospital 64 cases of patients with renal failure,including simple 32 patients with acute renal failure as a set of ARF.32 patients with chronic renal failure as CRF group.Normal control group selected 32 cases of healthy volunteers.Gathering all entrants at rest 6 ml peripheral venous blood,determination of the plasma ADM,BNP,TGF-beta 1concentration and serum creatinine levels,and comparison and correlation analysis results:plasma ADM of ARF and CRF group,the BNP,TGF-beta 1concentrations are higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).ARF and CRF group to compare the plasma ADM,concentration of BNP,TGF-beta 1,no obvious difference,there was no statistically significant difference(P〉0.05)in serum creatinine levels as dependent variable,with ADM,BNP,TGF-beta 1concentration as the independent variable multiple regression analysis,ARF and CRF group BNP and ADM and serum creatinine levels were positively correlated,TGF-beta 1and negatively correlated with serum creatinine;Regression coefficients of ARF group respectively:0.697,0.859,0.747;CRF group:0.758,0.473,0.964,P values 0.01.Conclusion renal failure patients plasma ADM,BNP,TGF-beta 1concentration were increased,and the BNP and ADM and serum creatinine levels were positively correlated,TGF-beta 1and negatively correlated with serum creatinine,to give a guidance of clinical,worth clinical promotion.
