近日节律对老年人麻醉药用量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 生物节律中对人体影响最大的是近日节律,对我们的循环系统、免疫系统、凝血系统以及胃肠道和肾脏的功能都有着显著的影响。近日节律对依托咪酯的镇静作用有影响,患者夜间麻醉诱导时所需依托咪酯较日间少。丙泊酚、瑞芬太尼作为临床常用的镇静剂和阿片类镇痛药是否受近日节律的影响,目前临床报道较少。本研究探讨近日节律对丙泊酚的镇静效应和瑞芬太尼镇痛效应的影响。
