摘要
转速和磨球尺寸是球磨机的两个重要工作参数,为研究转速和磨球尺寸对磨矿性能的影响,本文选取3个不同的转速和2个不同的磨球直径,选用平均加速度、每百秒撞击次数、平均撞击强度、平均抛落次数和平均抛落高度5个参数作为评价磨矿性能的指标,通过惯性数据分析方法对磨球加速度信号进行定量分析。实验结果表明,当转速过低、磨球直径过大时,球磨机内部的磨球处于泻落状态,平均加速度值、平均撞击强度较低和每百秒的撞击次数较少,磨矿效率较低。
The rotational speed and the grinding ball size are two important working parameters of ball mill.In order to study the influence of the rotational speed and the grinding ball size on grinding performance,this paper selects 3different rotor speeds and 2different ball diameter,using 5parameters including average acceleration,impact frequency per 100 seconds,average impact strength,average falling number and average drop height as the index of evaluation of grinding performance.Quantitative analysis was made of the acceleration signal of grinding ball by the inertial data analysis method.The experimental results showed that when the rotational speed is too low and the milling ball diameter is too large,grinding ball inside the ball mill is in the fall,the average value of the acceleration and the average impact strength are low,the impact frequency per 100 seconds is less and the grinding efficiency is low.
