摘要
在分析无氟浮选原理的基础上,结合长石和石英的结构与性质,提出有效发挥长石表面Al 3+的活性是长石和石英无氟浮选有效分离中最为关键的环节,为解决这一主要问题,从矿浆或溶液的pH值、捕收剂的种类、抑制剂和活化剂对二者表面性质的影响以及预处理4个方面进行了研究,并对相应的机理进行了分析。同时提出了原矿性质的充分研究是确定合理的长石和石英无氟有效分离工艺及药剂制度的基础,并对其浮选分离发展方向进行了展望。
Based on the flotation research of quartz and feldspar without fluoride,combined with the structure and properties of quartz and feldspar,it is proposed that activity of Al 3+on feldspar surface is a key aspect in the separation of quartz and feldspar by flotation without fluoride.In order to improve the activity,research on the effects of slurry or pH value of solution,type of collector,depressor and activator on the surface properties of quartz and feldspar and its pretreatment was done and the relevant mechanism was analyzed.It is proposed that the adequate research on the crude ore property is a basis for determining a proper effective process for separating quartz and feldspar by flotation without fluoride and the reagent mechanism.The development orientation of its separation by flotation is envisioned.
