Construction of Land Registration Information Supervision System in Guangdong Province

随着土地登记制度的不断完善,信息化技术的日益成熟,广东省通过建立全省各级土地登记数据库,制定信息更新机制,完善网络运行环境,建成了广东省土地登记信息监管系统,实现了省、市、县三级土地登记信息的联动,以及对流程和结果的监管。重点介绍了系统的整体架构以及采用的关键技术,描述了建设和部署的过程,并对系统进行了总结和展望。

With the constant improvement of land registration and the information technology becomes more mature,we have developed a land registration information monitoring system through the establishment of the province＇s land registration database at all levels,the mechanism of information update,the improvement of network operating environment,and have achieved the linkage among the province,city and county level＇s land registration information,as well as the supervision of the land registration process and results. This paper introduces the overall architecture of the system and the key technologies,describes the process of the construction and deployment of the system,and carries on a summary and outlook.
