食用型甘薯新品种晋甘薯9号的选育及栽培技术

Edible Type Jin Sweet Potato 9 Breeding and Cultivation Techniques

食用型甘薯新品种晋甘薯9号由山西省农业科学院棉花研究所于2004年以晋甘薯5号为母本、秦薯4号为父本经有性杂交选育而成。冬季在温室内经过加代选育,于2006年出圃,2007—2010年参加区试,2011年通过山西省品种审定委员会审定并定名。经西北农林科技大学测试中心分析测定,淀粉16.69%,可溶性糖2.61%,维生素C 26.6 mg/100 g,胡萝卜素0.579 mg/100 g,粗纤维0.539%,粗蛋白1.76%,鲜薯食用品质较好。

Edible sweet potato varieties, Jin sweet potato 9, was selected by Institute of Cotton, Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences, which was breeding identification made in 2004 using the Jin sweet potato 5 as female and Qinshu 4 as male parent by sexual hybridization. After winter breeding nursery in 2006 in a greenhouse, it participated the regional trial in 2007-2010, passed assessment by Variety Approval Committee of Shanxi Province and naming in 2011. After NWAFU Test Center Determination, it had starch content16.69%, soluble sugar content 2.61%, vitamin C content 26.6 mg/100 g, carotene 0.579 mg/100 g, crude fiber 0.539%, crude protein1.76%, fresh potato practical quality was better.
