摘要 采用GPIT生物制剂对黍稷浸种和茎叶喷施处理研究GPIT生物制剂对黍稷田间光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率和实验室离体叶片含水量4项光合生理指标以及产量的影响。结果表明,施用GPIT生物制剂能大幅提高光合作用强度和黍稷产量,并揭示了GPIT生物制剂大幅提高光合作用强度的机理;同时说明GPIT生物制剂在水肥充足和精细的栽培管理条件下,光合作用强度增幅更大;对于光合作用较弱的作物,GPIT生物制剂对其光合作用强度的提高也会更加明显。 The paper studied the effects of GPIT biological preparation on proso millet field photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and laboratory in vitro determination of leaf water content of four photosynthetic physiological indexes, and yield.The results showed that the GPIT biological preparation could significantly improve photosynthetic intensity and yield of proso millet, the mechanism of the GPIT biological preparation to increase the photosynthatic intensity was revealed. And GPIT biological preparation under the condition of sufficient water and intensive cultivation management, increasing the intensity of photosynthesis was bigger; in their weaker crop photosynthesis, the enhancement of the photosynthetic intensity of GPIT biological preparation could be more obvious.
