摘要 紫花地丁为多年生草本植物,其繁殖方式为种子繁殖与分株繁殖。以5月份采集的野生紫花地丁种子为试材,研究不同温度与光照处理对紫花地丁种子发芽特性的影响。结果表明,紫花地丁种子为需光性种子,最适宜的发芽温度为20-25℃,发芽高峰日为第8天,高温或低温不利于种子的萌发;在适宜的温度条件下,光处理的种子发芽率比暗处理的发芽率高出约20百分点,发芽势高出约10百分点,且在恒温20℃时是最高的。表明一定的光照有利于提高种子的萌发率。 Viola yedoensis Makino is perennial herbs, the methods of reproduction are seed reproduction and plant reproduction.The research took seed of Viola yedoensis Makino by collecting on May as material, studied the effects of different temperature and light treatments on seed germination characteristics. The results indicated that Viola yedoensis Makino was light-requiring seed, the most suitable germination temperature was 20-25 ℃, the most germinant day was the eighth day, the higher or lower temperature didn't be good for seed germination, under the suitable germination temperature, seed germination percentage in the light was more 20 percent points than in the dark, the most germination was more 10 percent points and temperature was 20 ℃, the proper lighting could raise the seed germination percentage. The result provided an important theoretical basis for planting techniques.
