摘要
综述了红枣裂果的发生时期、方式和原因,以及裂果的调查方法和量化指标,枣果品种、果实组织结构的角质层、表皮层、果肉细胞等影响因素与裂果之间的关系。表皮层厚度与裂果有着直接的关系,角质层厚度和果肉细胞大小与裂果无关,但其细胞排列的紧密程度却与裂果有关。并提出了今后需进一步解决的问题。
This paper reviewed the occurrence rule,investigation methods and quantitative index of fruit cracking of Zizyphus jujuba Mill., and the relationship between fruit cracking and varieties and anatomical structure of pericarp. Jujube fruit cracking related with the thinkness of epidermis, no relation with the thinkness of cuticle and the size of mesocarp cell. However, the cell compactness of cuticle and mesocarp had a connection with fruit cracking. And some problems were raised to be resolved in the further researches.
