高敏C反应蛋白与急性冠脉综合征 被引量:1

摘要 急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)是冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)的严重临床表现形式,包括不稳定型心绞痛、非ST段抬高性心肌梗死及ST段抬高性心肌梗死。目前认为,ACS的发病机制是冠状动脉内易损斑块出现裂缝、糜烂、破裂,在此基础上血小板粘附、聚集、凝血因子激活,最终血栓形成,阻塞冠状动脉,导致心肌急性缺血所致。近年来研究表明,炎症反应在易损斑块的发生、演变及破裂中起着至关重要的作用,作为炎症标志物的C反应蛋白(CRP),其水平增高是CHD的独立危险因子已得到共识。
