摘要
开采4-8 m急倾斜煤层,工作面沿煤层厚度方向水平布置且走向推进,扩巷工作面松落的煤体采用半封闭螺旋输送机输送,其运行消耗的功率有:截齿破煤消耗的功率、输送煤体时各物体间相对运动消耗的功率、轴承运转时消耗的功率。介绍了有关计算方法,也为确定其相关参数提供了理论依据。
4~8 m mining steeply inclined coal seam, coal seam thickness direction of horizontal layout and to advance along the working face, expanding lane face loose coal body down using a semi closed screw conveyor, its operating power consumption: power cut tooth broken power, consumption of coal conveying coal body of each object relative to transport power, dynamic consumption bearing running consumption. This paper introduces the relevant calculation method, but also provides a theoretical basis for determination of its related parameters.
