摘要
通过分析传统堆煤保护在主井撒煤硐室应用存在的弊端,提出新的堆煤检测方案,通过工控机电脑的控制实现对主提升机尾绳的保护;对主动红外对射传感器的布置进行了分析,在现场阶段性安装测试中本系统能够达到预期的设计要求,为下一步全面实现系统的保护功能奠定了基础。
Article pointed out the disadvantages of the traditional coal piling protection in the application of main shaft coal heading through analysis, proposing new coal piling detection scheme,and realizing the protection of the main hoist tail rope via control of IPC; analyzing the arrangement of active infrared correlation sensors, and achieving the desired design requirements in phased installation tests at the scene in this system, to lay the foundation in protection functions of comprehensive implementation system for the next step.
