摘要
在数控火焰切割机主动升降机构的设计初期引入结构轻量化的思想,建立了主动升降机构的三维模型和有限元模型,利用ANSYS Workbench分析了简化后模型的前6阶模态,并对该机构进行了结构形状优化,不仅减轻了机构的质量还提高了机构的固有频率。该研究为升降机构及类似机构的设计确定了分析方法并提供了理论依据。
A lightweight structure thought is introduced at the early design process of the CNC flame cutting machine's initiative lifting mechanism. Three-dimensional model and finite element model are built. The first six modal of the simplified model is analyzed by using ANSYA Workbench. And shape optimization is conducted to this structure. Not only the quality of the institution is reduced but also the body's natural frequency is improved. The study provides a theoretical basis and analytical methods for initiative lifting mechanism's and similar institutions ‘s design.
