横轴掘进机截割油缸动态压力试验研究

Experimental Study on Dynamic Pressure of Cutting Cylinder Horizontal Roadheader

通过对EBH315型掘进机模拟岩壁截割试验,测试横轴掘进机在截割过程中截割油缸动态压力变化,分析试验数据,比较上下截割和摆动截割2种截割操作方法,总结横轴掘进机的井下截割操作方法,并为回转机构强度验算提供负载数据。

By EBH315 roadheader simulate rock cutting tests, testing horizontal boring machine in the cutting process, the cutting cylinders dynamic pressure changes, analyze test data, comparing the upper and lower cutting and cutting two kinds of swing cutting methods of operation, summary underground horizontal boring machine cutting methods of operation, and provides load data for checking the strength of the rotation mechanism.
