摘要
液压闸门在装车站快速装车过程中使用频繁,液压动力反复冲击极易造成闸门框架结构断裂,影响运行平稳性。通过计算机技术仿真分析了闸门框架强度,研究了其薄弱点,优化了闸门设计方案,从而为装车站液压闸门设计提供了借鉴。
Hydraulic gate is used frequently in the process of loading station fast-loading, hydraulic power repeated impact fracture easily to gate frame structure, influence the running stability. Gate frame strength was analyzed through computer simulation technology, studied its vulnerabilities,optimized the design of gate, which provides reference for hydraulic loading station gate design.
