摘要
为了解决艾可夫SL1000采煤机摇臂行星机构可靠性差,难维护的问题,神东公司和中传重型装备有限公司联合开发无行星齿轮传动的全直齿五级齿轮传动摇臂,替代原两级直齿加两级行星传动摇臂。该项目技术关键是摇臂壳体的研发。主要研究:1高强板焊接摇臂壳体的可行性分析;2焊接摇臂壳体的结构设计;3摇臂壳体的动态仿真及优化设计。
In order to solve the poor reliability and maintenance problems of Eickhoff-1000 shearer rocker planetary mechanism, five grade straight gear transmission rocker without planetary mechanism rocker without planertary mechanism were designed by Shengdong Company and China Transmission Heavy Equipment Co. Ltd., to replace the two grade straight gear transmission rocker with planetary mechanism. The key technology of the project was the development of ranging arm. The key work of the paper includes: ① feasibility analysis of rocker arm housing welding wirh high-strength plate; ②structural design of welding rocker housing; 3dynamic simulation and optimization of rocker housing.
