摘要
分析了快速掘进支锚平台的结构和其行走机构的工作原理,设计了行走机构的液压系统;针对煤矿掘进巷道的实际情况,研究了行走机构在3种工作状况下的液压缸负载特性。在保证支锚平台正常工作的条件下,优化了上坡、下坡、平坡行走时液压缸串并联方式和所需负载,提高了掘进支锚的工作效率,为快速掘进支锚平台行走机构的参数设计提供依据。
Analyzed the structure of the rapid excavating anchor platform and working principle of its walking mechanism, then designed the walking mechanism hydraulic system; for the actual situation of the mine excavation roadway, studied the walking mechanism load characteristic of the three working conditions of hydraulic cylinder. Under the condition of guaranteeing the regular work of the anchor platform, optimize the uphill, the downhill, flat walking hydraulic cylinder series parallel mode and the required load, improve the efficiency of excavating and anchoring, and provides the basis for the parameter design of walking mechanism of the rapid excavating anchor platform.
