硬岩在短螺旋钻下切削过程的有限元分析

摘要 根据硬岩的物理特性,结合短螺旋钻的切削原理,通过建立随机载荷数学模型,对短螺旋钻切削硬岩过程进行有限元分析。利用Matlab软件计算了不同接触强度下短螺旋钻的扭矩和轴向力分布,预测了短螺旋钻的载荷。基于ANSYS软件对硬岩钻进过程进行有限元分析,研究了不同切削深度下的硬岩的等效应力分布。研究表明:相同切削厚度下,硬岩的等效应力随着切削深度增加而变大。 According to the physical properties of hard rock, combining with the short spiral drill cutting principle, the mathematical model of random load was established; the short spiral drill hard rock cutting process was analyzed by finite element method. Under different contact strength,the torque and axial force of rotating drill was calculated by using MATLAB software. The short spiral drill under load conditions was predicted. Based on ANSYS software of finite element analysis,the hard rock drilling process was carried out;the equivalent stress distribution of hard rock was calculated. Research shows that: under same cutting thickness, the cutting depth increases, the equivalent stress of hard rock increases obviously.
