摘要
针对某型挖掘机斗杆液压冲击大的现象,分析了挖掘机斗杆停止冲击过程,分析认为:挖掘机斗杆长、质量大、换向阀复位时间短是引起冲击大的原因,结合实验数据,提出在斗杆阀芯挖掘先导控制口,安装准Φ0.9 mm的单向节流阀,效果良好。
In order to study the phenomenon of the large hydraulic impact for a certain type of excavator stick, analyzed the stop impact of the process of the excavator arm, the results shows that: the length and great quality of excavator arm, the short reset time of valve were mainly reasons of shock,binding experiments data presented spool mounted on the arm excavation pilot port Φ0.9mm way throttle response measures to good effect.
