基于COSMOSWorks的凿岩机钎杆结构模态分析

摘要 针对YT29A型凿岩机钎杆在高频工作状态下,经常出现共振而引起强烈噪声并出现钎杆断裂的现象,设计了一种新的钎杆。应用COSMOSWorks有限元分析软件对YT29A型凿岩机新钎杆进行了模态分析,得到了钎杆的前5阶固有频率和振型图,分析结果表明钎杆的固有频率满足凿岩机的工作频率要求,为钎杆的结构设计和优化提供了理论依据。 For the phenomenon of broken drills and strong noises caused by the resonance when the drill of the YT29 A drilling machine is working on the high frequency, a new drill is designed. The modal of the new drill is analyzed by the finite element analysis software of COSMOSWorks. Through simulating, the first five order natural frequencies and mode shapes figure are obtained. The results show that the natural frequency of drill meets the requirements of the operating frequency, and these results provides a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of rock drills.
