摘要
针对某凸台零件的结构特点,研究了基于UG凸台类零件的精密加工,并在此基础上分析了UG数控铣削加工工艺的设计和加工参数的设置等关键问题,通过合理设置各工步的铣削刀具、加工类型、切削用量等工艺参数,生成了合理的刀具轨迹,通过机床的实际加工验证了该凸台零件数控加工工艺的正确性。实际加工结果表明:该工艺加工效率高、尺寸精度易于控制,对工程中同类零件的数控加工有一定的参考价值。
Aiming at the structural characteristics of components of lug boss, the study conducted the precision processing based on the components of UG lug boss, and further analyzed key issues such as parameters of designing and processing of milling technics of UG numerical controlling. By reasonably setting up technic parameters of milling tool, processing types, cutting data as well as cutting path in every process step, sound cutting trajectory has been established and via the real processing on lathe,the NC machining accurateness of components of lug boss has been verified. And the results of real processing indicate that such processing technology is efficient and easy to control the preciseness of the size and it also has certain referential value for NC machining components in the same category.
