摘要
为分析液力偶合器的安装方式对减速器高速轴轴承的影响,针对某矿SGZ-764/400型刮板输送机减速器使用现场轴承破损事故进行分析,通过理论计算、有限元分析,得出液力偶合器反装,会使减速器高速轴不同心高速运转,是导致轴承损坏的主要原因。液力偶合器正确的安装方式是保证设备正常运转的关键。
For analysis of hydraulic coupling installed on the high-speed shaft bearing, gear box for SGZ-764/400 type scraper conveyer decelerator used a mine field bearing damage in accident analysis,through the theoretical calculation and finite element analysis, it is concluded that hydraulic coupling installed, can make high speed reducer high speed shaft in different position, It is the main reason of the result in bearing damage. Hydraulic coupling the correct installation method is the key to ensure normal operation.
