摘要
设计了一种基于单片机STC15F2K61S2的矿用漏电闭锁装置。该装置主要由电压检测模块和漏电检测与闭锁模块2部分组成,通过硬件电路的防护设计和操作时序明确的控制方式,能有效避免高压窜入,对电气设备形成有效的漏电保护。人机交互界面的建立,能够实时监测装置的运行状况,保证了该装置能够在工况复杂的矿井中可靠地工作。
Leakage lockout device for coal mine was designed on the basis of STC15F2K61S2 SCM.This device consists of two parts mainly: voltage detection module and leakage detection and leakage lockout module. It can hold back the high voltage and protect the electrical equipment from leakage fault effectively by adopting protective design of hardware circuit and explicit sequence control mode.The interactive interface established can supervise operation conditions of the device in real-time,guarantees the device reliable in the mine with various circumstances.
